From Broadcasters, For Broadcasters

AdMaster was born in a small radio station, where we faced not only the same challenges you do every day, but also the harsh realities of operating in a country with a weak economy. For us, any professional software from abroad wasn't just expensive. In many cases, it was unattainable.

AdMaster | How It Began

The AdMaster Story

Our journey started with a real-life crisis. We had managed to sell six parallel advertising contracts to local restaurants, all fierce competitors who openly disliked each other. In this scenario, running two rival spots back-to-back wasn't just a scheduling conflict; it was a direct shortcut to instantly and permanently losing both clients.

Our playout software only offered the most basic traffic scheduling options, leaving us with one choice: scheduling everything manually.

To find a solution for the incredible amount of manual work, we tried everything: experimenting with spreadsheets, moving colorful post-it notes across a table and manually rearranging the entire schedule. Then we tested every piece of traffic software we could get our hands on, finding them all to be oversized, complex and paperwork-oriented. The actual scheduling, the most critical part for us, often felt like an afterthought, buried under features for contracts, invoicing and sales forecasting. A new spot was simply added to the bottom of the commercial break, with some eventual damage-control shuffling.

On top of that, for a small European station, these tools were incredibly expensive, especially since we only needed about ten percent of the features they offered.

Frustrated, we decided to build our own in-house tool, designed to be powerful yet simple, focusing on what truly matters: creating the perfect schedule that provides an equal quality of service to all advertisers.

Then, the word began to spread. Other broadcasters saw what we had built and wanted it for themselves. That's when we realized we had created something bigger than our station. Something that could help the entire industry. So, AdMaster was launched to the public.

Today, AdMaster is used by broadcasters in 42 countries worldwide.

Our Philosophy

Our background in broadcasting shapes everything we do. Our philosophy is built on three core beliefs:

Powerful Tools Should Be Simple. We believe that sophisticated technology doesn't have to be complicated. Our focus is on creating an intuitive user experience that allows you to manage complex tasks with ease.

AdMaster | Checkmark

Every Client Deserves the Best. We don't have a "best possible" setting. Every schedule AdMaster creates is the best possible schedule at that moment. This is a fundamental difference from legacy systems that just add a new spot to the bottom of a list. Every advertiser, big or small, deserves the same high level of service.

Automate the Repetitive, Empower the Human. Manual work is inefficient when an algorithm can analyze hundreds of options per second and choose the best one. We believe in automating complex scheduling so you can focus on what humans do best: building relationships with clients.

Fairness and Transparency Are Non-Negotiable. From our straightforward pricing to our discount program for small stations, we believe in being open and honest. There are no hidden fees, no complex tiers, just a great product at a fair price.

We Are Part of the Broadcast Community. We're not just vendors; we're fellow broadcasters. We are committed to supporting the industry by creating tools that empower stations to thrive in a competitive media landscape.

Our Broader Ecosystem: IT4RADIO

Our expertise in broadcasting goes beyond software. Our sister company, IT4RADIO, offers a range of services from remote traffic management to full station administration and playout management.

During the COVID pandemic, we noticed a recurring problem: several of our clients faced a shortage of skilled traffic managers. They were forced to hire remote contractors who insisted on using other software solutions, and as a result, we lost some clients simply because they had no other choice.

That's when we decided to offer remote traffic services ourselves. It proved to be a perfect addition to the remote music scheduling services we had been providing for a long time. This unique combination means we don't just understand code; we understand your entire workflow from the sales office to the broadcast studio.
