Verified Proof: Traditional Broadcast Reports

AdMaster equips you with robust tools to generate traditional broadcast reports, often known as Proof of Performance reports. In many countries, these take the form of Affidavits - formal declarations confirming that the advertising services were delivered as agreed. These reports are crucial for accountability and are managed within AdMaster's 'Broadcast Reports' section.

How They Work

You can generate these reports manually for each campaign, giving you control over when and how you share this information.

Data Sources For Accuracy

AdMaster | Checkmark

Option 1: Broadcast Reconciliation Logs (Verified Actuals): For the highest accuracy, AdMaster can use broadcast reconciliation logs. If your AdMaster desktop client is configured to read these logs from your playout system, the reports will reflect actual broadcast times, confirming what was truly aired.

Option 2: AdMaster's Scheduled Times (Planned Broadcasts): If reconciliation logs aren't available, used or generated by playout software, AdMaster will generate reports based on its planned ad schedule. This provides a detailed log of when ads were intended to air.

Extra Feature - Manual Reconciliation: We understand that sometimes playout logs can be damaged, inaccessible, or other issues might arise. That’s why AdMaster includes a vital manual reconciliation option in the Traffic Log Editor. This allows you or your team to manually confirm or adjust broadcast times, ensuring your reports are always accurate, even if automated data isn't perfect.

Unmatched Transparency: Live Campaign Reports

Offer your clients an exceptional level of transparency with AdMaster’s unique Live Reports. This feature provides a private, dedicated web page for each campaign, accessible to anyone with the link - no AdMaster account registration is needed for your clients.

Data & Information Displayed:

Live Reports are generated using data from log reconciliation if available; otherwise, they utilize AdMaster's planned broadcast times.

Each report clearly displays your station's logo, the client's name, the campaign name, the report creation date, and the date/time of the last full station schedule generation, ensuring clarity and context.

Structure of the Live Report:

Section 1: Exact Broadcast Times (From Campaign Start)
This section shows the actual broadcast times for spots that have already aired, monitored up to an hour ago. If a scheduled spot was not broadcasted, its time will be displayed in red with a strikethrough. This data updates automatically when the page is reloaded, providing the latest information.

Section 2: Expected Broadcast Times (Next 7-10 Days)
Here, clients can see the planned schedule for the upcoming 7 to 10 days (the period for which a traffic log is typically generated for the entire station). This schedule is dynamic; AdMaster may regenerate it at any time to optimize the campaign based on new bookings or changes. However, the core terms of your client's schedule (like the number of plays per day or per daypart) will always be respected. All changes are visible upon reloading the page.

Section 3: Future Schedule (Until the End of Campaign)
This section outlines the general nature of the ad schedule through to the campaign's conclusion. Unless the client’s agreement specifies exact commercial breaks within the hour, AdMaster’s algorithm will automatically select the optimal commercial break for each day during its daily schedule creation process. Detailed information about each day's specific commercial break selections can be found in Section 2 of this report as that part of the schedule becomes active. Any modifications to this future schedule will be reflected when the page is reloaded.
