AdMaster Cloud is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing tools for broadcast-related businesses. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing, as it outlines our policies on refunds, cancellations, and related consumer rights.
60-Day Free Trial
We offer a 60-day free trial to all new users, providing full access to AdMaster Cloud’s features. This trial allows you to evaluate whether the platform meets your business needs, functions properly in your environment, and aligns with your expectations. By proceeding to a paid subscription after the trial, you confirm that the service meets your requirements. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time up to 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent future charges. To cancel, contact us at support@admaster.info or use the cancellation options provided by our third-party payment processors (e.g., via their website or links in payment confirmation emails). We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request via email.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable), and you will retain access to the service until then. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your AdMaster Cloud Account will start displaying the notifications at least 7 days before the renewal date to help you manage your subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next period.
Payments and Third-Party Processors
All subscription payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Paddle). Before making a payment, you will be directed to the provider’s platform, where you must review and accept their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms may differ from ours, and the payment provider’s policies govern payment processing and related disputes. Where available, you may cancel your subscription directly through the payment provider’s platform.
No Refunds Policy
AdMaster Cloud maintains a strict no-refund policy for all paid subscriptions. Once a payment is processed, the service is delivered immediately, and no refunds will be provided, including for:
>Accidental purchases or overpayments
>Non-usage of the service
>Dissatisfaction with the service after the paid subscription begins
> Any other reason, except where required by law (see “Consumer Protection Laws” below).
We encourage you to use the 60-day free trial to ensure the platform meets your needs before subscribing.
Accidental Payments
If you accidentally overpay (e.g., purchasing multiple licenses instead of one), the overpaid amount will be credited toward future subscription periods. To request this credit, contact us at support@admaster.info within 30 days of the overpayment. You may cancel future payments, and the credited amount will allow continued use of the service for the equivalent period. Credits must be used continuously and are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued for overpayments.
Consumer Protection Laws
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. For example:
European Union/UK Residents: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and UK equivalent), you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, unless you expressly consent to immediate service delivery and waive this right (e.g., by starting the service post-trial). If applicable, we will process mandated refunds within 14 days of your request.
Other Jurisdictions: Where local laws require refunds or other consumer rights (e.g., for faulty services), we will comply with those obligations.
To request a refund under applicable law, contact us at support@admaster.info with details of your request, including your jurisdiction and reason. We will review and process legally mandated refunds in accordance with local requirements.
Responsibility for Cancellations
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Failure to cancel at least 48 hours before renewal will result in the full charge for the next billing period, and no refunds will be issued for charges processed.
