- Clocks/Breaks Setup changes effective immediately (e.g. deactivate the breaks for a commercial-free hour, and the system would instantly re-create the traffic log)
- Duration Control: Set specific duration limits for each break, with options to top up shorter breaks as needed.
- Top-Up: Use the active spots or custom media files to top up the shorter breaks.
- Network Synchronization: Apply advanced break duration settings for station networks to keep the stations in sync.
- Spot Limits: Define the maximum number of spots per break for precise control.
- Backtiming Support: Enable backtiming for hour-end breaks, if supported by your playout software (the break starting minute will be calculated automatically, and added to the traffic log as the refference to the playout)
- Priority-Based Scheduling: Assign priority levels to breaks, with customizable durations and settings (e.g., Priority 2 breaks activate only when Priority 1 breaks are full).
- Blank Playlist Creation: Automatically generate blank playlist files for commercial-free breaks, if required by your playout software.

Jingles and Custom Code Lines

Campaign Scheduling (Watch The Video tutorial)
Segmented Scheduling
- Unlimited Campaign Segments: Organize ad campaigns into unlimited segments, each with unique rules, such as running ads five times daily between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Independent Segment Control: Set individual dates, weekdays, spot counts, positioning, and advanced settings for each segment, with no limit on segments per campaign.
- Overlapping Segments: The segments run concurrently or in sequences without canceling each other out, ensuring flexible scheduling.
- Reusable Segment Templates: Save complex segment setups as templates for quick reuse or create new ones for simpler campaigns.
Flexible Schedule Control
- Three Scheduling Modes: Choose Static (repeats same hour/break daily), Variable (algorithm selects varied hours/breaks within defined dayparts, like 7–10 AM morning drive), or Manual (select specific hours and breaks for each play).
- Advanced Stop Conditions: Halt campaigns based on budget, total spot plays (e.g., 500 plays), or overall duration for precise control.
- Pause and Resume Campaigns: With a simple click of a button, pause and resume campaigns if necessary.
Default Auto-Optimization
- Balanced Break Durations: Automatically maintains even commercial break lengths across the day for variable scheduling campaigns, unless customized.
- Intra-Hour Consistency: Ensures uniform break durations within each hour, unless user-defined.
- Business Separation: By default, the AdMaster algorithm will always try to keep clients from the same business category as far apart as possible across the schedule. This is a core function, working continuously in the background. You don't need to do anything to enable it.
- Voice Variety: Keeps ads with the same voice artist separated for diverse ad breaks.
Spot Management
- Unlimited Spots: Assign any number of spots per campaign without restrictions.
- Spot Groups (Piggybacking): Schedule multiple spots in the same break (e.g., reminder spots) as required by clients.
- Placeholder Scheduling: Pre-schedule spots before production, assigning media files once available.
- Spot Selection Options: Choose random, percentage-based, or sequential playback for multiple spots within a segment.
- Multi-Cart Support: Assign multiple cart numbers per spot for station networks with specific playout requirements.
Break and Positioning Options
- Precise Break Selection: Choose any break or specific breaks within an hour using checkboxes.
- Spot Positioning Control: Select from five positioning options within a break: first, upper third, middle, lower third, or last.
Campaign Separation
- Same Business Separation: Keep ads for similar businesses apart, with customizable categories to match your needs.
- Manual Separation: If a shopping mall runs a promotion to win a BMW, the algorithm wouldn't know that's a car-related ad. You would use the manual tool in that specific campaign to tell AdMaster, "For this campaign only, treat the Shopping Mall as a competitor to all Car industry brands."
- Voice Artist Separation: Ensure varied voices in ad breaks by preventing consecutive ads from the same voice artist.
Multi-Station Scheduling
- Multi-User Management: Multiple users can manage campaigns for one or more stations, based on assigned permissions.
- Easy Station Selection: Choose stations for campaigns using simple checkboxes.
- Station Grouping for Networks: Group stations for streamlined campaign management, enabling complex schedules with region-specific spots in minutes.
- Real-Time Network Synchronization: In station networks, automatically synchronize ad block durations by identifying the longest block across the network and adjusting shorter blocks on other stations to match, ensuring consistent timing.
- Master Station Control: Designate a master station, and AdMaster automatically adjusts other stations’ break durations, trimming longer breaks or extending shorter ones for consistent synchronization
